I love poached eggs! They are so delicious and healthy when cooked just right! I have heard that vinegar helps make better poached eggs although I am not sure what the reasons are. I have also seen some recipes where they scoop the poached egg into ice water to stop the cooking process. There are a lot of techniques out there for those serious about a perfectly poached egg. Yours turned out really well and this whole breakfast plate look so delicious! Great post!
